Requisitos **MUST HAVE:** · Experience holding leadership positions and managing teams.· Strong knowledge of Payroll (Brazil) and employee Benefits administration.· Ability to work autonomously and proactively, prioritizing tasks effectively.· Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview)..NICE TO HAVE: · Experience with US Payroll.· Knowledge of Mobility/Expat programs.· Experience with American reporting and analytics.· Familiarity with management systems such as NetSuite.· Strong understanding of Compensation practices and salary structures **Escolaridade Mínima:** Ensino Médio (2º Grau)
