Description: * Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields; * Experience in team coordination and development; * Experience in Packaging R&D; * Postgraduate degree or specialization; * Ability to communicate clearly, solve problems, and collaborate effectively; * Creative capacity to propose innovations in packaging and processes. Lead the team in developing and improving packaging solutions—from feasibility assessment and implementation of new packaging systems—considering requirements related to raw materials, costs, processes, automation, quality control, regulatory compliance, food safety, and sustainability—to executing procedures and performance specifications as well as packaging control. Present progress on ongoing projects and propose new innovation and improvement initiatives that support the company’s master plan; Monitor and manage innovation and optimization projects, keeping the immediate supervisor informed. Ensure management of all relevant R&D packaging documentation—maintaining it updated, reliable, and accessible to interested departments; Conduct test monitoring and assisted production runs as required by the department, collecting and reporting all necessary information; Provide support to the Procurement Department to optimize our supplier portfolio and packaging materials, including qualification of new suppliers.
