To check your application status, log in to our careers page using your candidate login credentials, as they will reflect any updates.** **Job Summary:** * Develop and implement automated processes, ensuring reliable data for analysis and decision-making. * Drive continuous improvement and apply Lean Manufacturing principles. **Job Profile / Responsibilities:** * Participate in and lead automation, innovation, and process improvement projects. * Monitor and support PQVC (People, Quality, Velocity, Cost) metrics in collaboration with Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams. * Develop reports, charts, and dashboards to support Production Control and Quality processes. * Perform database modeling, structure available information, and conduct critical trend analyses. * Create and standardize activity and information workflows, ensuring data reliability and supporting Production Control and Quality processes. * Manage documentation and conduct process audits. **Basic Qualifications:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing (minimum 50% completion). * Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in production processes (logistics, manufacturing, quality). * Computer Skills: Proficiency in Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint) and programming language knowledge. **Preferred Candidates Should Have:** * Advanced proficiency in Office 365 tools: Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint. * Python development experience. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Agile methodologies. **Required Job Skills:** Teamwork, Analytical Thinking, Intellectual Curiosity, Organization and Planning, Sense of Urgency, and Effective Communication. **Interested in this challenge and want to grow your career at Caterpillar?
