Here, you will face significant challenges, collaborate with a diverse team, and contribute to the future of e-commerce in Brazil—creating positive impact in the lives of millions of people. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include** * Supervising the team to ensure strong performance, control, and process organization; * Monitoring process KPIs, costs, overtime, absenteeism, and turnover—and identifying solutions for improvement; * Organizing the daily workflow of operators and operational leaders to ensure execution of core activities (audits, housekeeping, training, headcount control, etc.); * Providing tools, resources, and development initiatives for your team to ensure operational efficiency and production process stability; * Ensuring monitoring of all processes through KPI usage and action plan establishment; * Identifying, implementing, and monitoring process improvement opportunities through analysis of steps, information exchange with support/knowledge areas, and/or market insights; * Disseminating performance KPI results across the entire team; * Ensuring standard work execution per operational work instructions; * Engaging the operational team in analyzing process KPIs and proposing immediate corrective action plans; * Promoting team engagement and integration; * Creating and validating processes to improve operational efficiency; * Identifying root causes of deviations and complex issues and collaborating with leadership to implement improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Take on This Challenge** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Intermediate English (preferred); * Prior experience in people management and logistics operations; * In-depth understanding of the operations business model; * Process management via KPIs, involving the team and establishing corrective actions; * Familiarity with tools such as Kaizen, PDCA, and 5S is preferred. **Additional Information** * SHIFT: 3rd shift — 9:00 PM to 5:55 AM * Medical and dental assistance, extended to dependents; * Partnerships with Gympass and TotalPass; * Flexible Meal/Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance, Mobility Allowance, or on-site parking; * Flexible benefits; * Zenklub; * Discretionary annual bonus tied to performance.
