Integrate customer needs with DHL solutions (Warehouse, Transportation, Packaging) **Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** This role will be responsible for driving new business opportunities/projects, seeking portfolio growth among existing customers. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Experience working with logistics operators * Experience in client interaction/engagement * Experience in P\&L analysis and management * Advanced English proficiency * Spanish proficiency desirable * Contract management experience desirable * Preferred experience as an Account Manager and/or in Sales **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your key responsibilities, you will:** * Manage service contracts, including renewals, scope expansion, inflation adjustments, and ensure operational adherence to contractual terms; * Serve as the primary point of contact for customer NPS surveys; * Centralize and manage escalation of operational topics, improvement opportunities, and critical issues; * Manage account P\&L, ensuring adherence to the approved budget; * Integrate and coordinate the interface between the customer and DHL solutions (Warehouse, Transportation, Packaging, and Service Logistics). **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
