Problem solving and decision making **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience leading logistics teams; * Completed high school education; pursuing a bachelor's degree is considered a plus. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Responsible for coordinating and guiding logistics teams, assigning tasks and monitoring daily activities; * Manage and optimize processes, tracking goal and deadline adherence; * Address problems with strong communication skills and sound decision-making ability; * Organize and supervise logistics processes, continuously monitoring performance indicators. **AVAILABILITY AND BENEFITS:** * Shift to be determined based on operational needs (Monday to Saturday). * Salary: R$ 2913.13. * Transportation allowance + On-site meal benefit.
