




**Description:** Coordinate, plan, and control operational services across contracts under their responsibility, ensuring compliance with operational, financial, and contractual performance indicators. Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate the planning, control, and execution of regional or unit-level operational routines; Ensure achievement of performance and quality targets, proposing corrective and preventive action plans; Supervise technical, administrative, and logistics teams, ensuring smooth process operations; Visit clients and actively monitor projects, conducting scope assessments, scheduling, document collection, and GED production; Manage systems such as SoftExpert, ticket categorization, document analysis, and delivery validation; Monitor allocated equipment, purchase orders, supplies, printed materials, physical inventory, and operational assets; Manage fleet operations (route definition, scheduled deliveries, logistical and documentary support); Ensure timely billing in accordance with contractual criteria; Prepare managerial reports for senior management and clients, including critical analysis of results; Present OM30’s products and solutions, supporting the identification of new business opportunities; Map processes, identify improvements, and implement operational adjustments; Foster cross-departmental integration (Sales, IT, Products, HR, Legal, Planning); Manage resource consumption, contractual compliance, and client satisfaction; Support the development of operational leadership and promote a culture of performance and excellence; Participate in strategic operational planning, advising senior management on decision-making; Support other departmental needs as required; Comply with and ensure adherence to company policies and the Code of Ethics and Conduct.
