All selection processes conducted by **VAMOS** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate mechanical workshop operational activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical standards, and safety procedures; * Plan, monitor, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for heavy vehicles; * Supervise technical teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and supporting employee development; * Ensure accurate diagnosis of mechanical failures and high-quality execution of services; * Manage maintenance schedules, fleet availability, and operational KPIs; * Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop resources; * Interface with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments; * Prepare operational reports and propose actions to reduce costs and increase efficiency; * Conduct technical visits and travel as required by operational needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Mechanics, Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate Office Suite (Excel) proficiency; * Driver’s License – Category B; * Solid technical knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanical maintenance; * Experience managing mechanical workshops, with expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; * Familiarity with organizational and productivity tools and methodologies; * Knowledge of operational routines, maintenance processes, and KPI monitoring; Availability for travel, if required. * **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know — and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** Exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories — dining, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** Dedicated 24/7 confidential support channel for you and your family, providing psychological, social, financial, legal, and other assistance. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how vital children’s and adolescents’ education is.
