We are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for coordinating Operations activities, monitoring employee productivity using operational tools, delivering AID feedback, performing departmental administrative tasks, analyzing discrepancy reports, and evaluating the safety conditions of personnel and related equipment. You will also collaborate on safety, health, and environmental policies. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are non-negotiable. Together, We Are Unstoppable — keeping this in mind, you must closely collaborate with your colleagues. **Requirements and Responsibilities:** ----------------------------------- What are the requirements? * Completed High School education. * Currently enrolled in or having completed a Bachelor’s degree. * Residency in Jundiaí or Várzea Paulista. * Availability for the 1st shift – Spanish schedule (06:00–15:00) with two Saturdays worked per month. Your main responsibilities include: * Assigning tasks to assistants, operators, task assistants, and analysts; * Ensuring site cleanliness and order; * Meeting agreed-upon KPIs and SLAs with the client; * Delivering AID feedback to team members; * Closing timecards in the ADP system; * Conducting safety briefings; * Monitoring the flow of receiving, packaging, inventory, picking, and loading; * Ensuring productivity targets for each process; * Coordinating loading and unloading according to contractual and SHE parameters; * Continuously verifying PPE usage and safety conditions; * Guiding the team on clients’ specific standards; * Leading and developing the team; * Ensuring compliance with the client’s / DHL’s operational systems procedures and processes; * Monitoring operational workflows, correcting and guiding assistants and operators in cases of doubt or non-conforming behavior; * Reporting accidents and incidents per safety procedures; * Managing workloads according to priorities; * Coordinating stock/receiving and loading of empty pallets; * Monitoring support area activities; * Ensuring delivery of established KPIs; 20.
