With infrastructure prepared to support and encourage our teams, the Company reinforces its commitment to this transformation journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the water operations area responsible for treated water distribution in municipalities under the jurisdiction of the Baixo Tietê and Grande Regional Management. * Operate water distribution systems, ensuring system regularity and continuity. * Lead the management of area performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring continuous monitoring and critical analysis of results. * Manage and coordinate resources under the area’s responsibility, such as: teams, equipment, vehicles, contracts, etc. * Support other areas in studies, projects, and works related to expansion and improvement of water distribution infrastructure. * Support and monitor activities related to hydraulic modeling of water supply systems under its responsibility. * Support the maintenance area in decision-making regarding preventive and corrective maintenance of water distribution infrastructure. * Coordinate planning and actions related to reduction of water losses in distribution. * Propose improvements and coordinate expansion of water distribution systems. * Act integrally and coordinate actions among strategic areas for the water distribution system, aligning strategies and actions to improve systems. * Prepare technical notes, responses, reports, presentations, and technical documents for processes under its responsibility. * Manage the area budget, promoting rational resource use and seeking cost-reduction opportunities. * Collaborate integrally with internal areas and suppliers, ensuring alignment of actions with Sabesp’s institutional objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Chemical. * Specialization or experience in basic sanitation is desirable. * Proficiency in tools such as: Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD. * Knowledge of hydraulic modeling software is desirable. * Analytical ability, systemic vision, and results orientation. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Brazilian National Driver’s License – CNH (minimum Category B). * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** **Benefits Offered:** Medical Assistance Private Pension Plan Meal Allowance (VR) and Food Allowance (VA) Transportation Allowance Christmas Basket Birthday Day Off Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave Childcare Assistance for Mothers and Fathers Wellhub Agreement (Gympass) Profit-Sharing Program – PPR The new Sabesp is much more than a sanitation company.
