Yard and system control and organization Position: Operations Assistant – E\-commerce We are looking for an Operations Assistant to work in our e\-commerce operations, ensuring efficiency and quality across the entire order journey! Main Responsibilities: * Support customer service in operational requests. * Administrative routines of the department; * Monitoring daily operational requests. * Document, report, and KPI control; * Data entry and monitoring in systems; * Interaction with drivers, customers, and internal team; * Support in managing driver schedules and organizing operations; * Direct interaction with customers to ensure operational alignment; * Yard organization and control, ensuring efficient vehicle flow; * Updating statuses in e\-commerce systems and platforms; * Handling incidents (delays, damages, returns, etc.); Requirements: * Completed high school education (college enrollment preferred); * Experience in e\-commerce or logistics operations; * Knowledge of Excel and ERP/WMS systems is a plus; * Organization, agility, and good communication skills. * Ability to handle dynamic tasks; * Must reside in Embu das Artes/SP and surrounding areas People with Disabilities (PCD) are welcome Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
