Department: Operations Position: Operations Analyst – Tugboat Control Center Key Responsibilities: Work in the operations center, supporting planning and control of tugboat operations; Monitor operational schedules, resource allocation, and adherence to operational time windows; Ensure efficient communication among onboard crews, terminals, clients, and internal departments; Track operational KPIs and support report preparation; Contribute to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of operational processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields); Prior experience in operations, logistics, maritime transportation, or similar areas (preferred); Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and decision-making capability; Effective communication and teamwork skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); English proficiency is considered an advantage.
