Operations Analyst

Description

**Responsibilities:** Daily client communication to schedule technical visit and installation dates, and to send required documents for client approvals; Planning, scheduling, and dissemination of the operational agenda for installation teams; Providing administrative support to field teams and the project management team; Daily evaluation and control of receipt of construction reports (RDO); Budget control of project operational costs; Participation in kickoff meetings to understand the project scope, assess installation time, travel requirements, and whether additional operational materials fall within budget; Preparation of Risk Assessment Forms (APR) and Rescue Plans relevant to each activity and client, as needed; Daily tracking of project overtime hours; Identification and scheduling of specific training sessions; Updating operational team documentation; Regular participation in operational team meetings to improve processes; Responsible for managing performance indicators within your area. **Requirements:** Experience in project planning and monitoring, preferably in industrial or installation environments; Strong organizational skills, good communication abilities, and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
