Maintenance of working hours and safety **Brief Job Description** Plan fleet vehicle activities for road cargo transportation, conduct daily driver monitoring, and allocate drivers to fleet vehicles to meet scheduling demands. **Main Responsibilities** * Create loading orders via system (order, logistics control, billing, and risk management); * Monitor trips, track schedules, and provide origin/destination forecasts to guide drivers; * Analyze ASO expiration dates via system to ensure timely renewals without impacting customer service; * Enter tractor, trailer, and driver data into customer portals for loading/unloading authorization; * Manage leaves, shifts, and working hours for operations under your responsibility; * Address customer-specific requirements and needs when submitting scheduling information; * Monitor preventive maintenance, inspections, and CIV/CIPP renewals via system *follow\-up*; * Migrate, populate, and monitor the collection *follow\-up* system; * Prepare and issue required documentation for loading according to customer requirements; * Analyze daily fleet and equipment productivity and availability under your responsibility; * Review finalized scheduling, remap resources, and contact drivers to relay instructions and schedules; * Assign trailers to decontamination services; * Update vehicle registrations and documentation (CIC, CIPP, Tire Calibration, CRLV, ANTT) in customer portals; * Maintain an organized work environment and perform tasks in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Knowledge of Logistics Operations; * Familiarity with working hours legislation (Law 13\.103 and ADI); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Responsible attitude, attention to regulations, and ability to work collaboratively. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of MOPP and its specific requirements; * Prior experience in road cargo transportation, logistics, or operations involving hazardous goods; * Familiarity with applicable safety standards (SASSMAQ, ISO 39001\). **Job Information** * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Benefits:** Health insurance, uniform, corporate university, life insurance, dental plan. * *Opportunity also available for persons with disabilities (PcD)* \#TC2026 Compensation: Up to R$3\.462,34 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
