Solvi Essencis Ambiental S.A. is seeking a professional to serve as Operational Planning and Control Supervisor, directly contributing to operational efficiency and the reliability of field information. **Position Summary:** The professional will be responsible for ensuring the execution of planning and operational control routines, performing analytical work in data consolidation, report generation, and decision-making support. They will also play a key role in identifying deviations, improvement opportunities, and optimization of operational resources. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide operational teams (field data entry staff, fleet crews, and field warehouses) * Manage material inventories and ensure availability for operations * Monitor equipment working hours and productivity * Manage diesel supply and fleet logistics * Administer timekeeping and vacation schedules for teams * Consolidate operational data, prepare reports and indicators (KPIs) * Analyze input consumption and operational efficiency * Monitor operational systems (e.g., GTFrotas, Siclope, among others) * Identify deviations and propose operational improvements * Participate in managerial meetings with analytical and data-driven support **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Administration, or related fields) * Minimum 2 years of experience in operational planning and control * Experience in data analysis, inventory control, and performance indicators * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency * Power BI knowledge is desirable **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Competencies:** * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement * Analytical ability and logical reasoning * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to identify problems and propose solutions * Knowledge of Production Control and Planning (PCP), KPIs, and operational processes * Basic understanding of occupational safety **Additional Information** Salary and Benefits: * Market-competitive salary; * Meal Allowance: BRL 660.25; * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Benefit (6% salary deduction); * Health Insurance (2.5% salary deduction for the employee, plus 1.8% per dependent); * Dental Plan (100% employee-paid); * Life Insurance (at no cost); * Good Card (payroll deduction); and * TOTALPASS (gym discounts).
