Specific knowledge test; WE COUNT ON YOU TO * Enter shipments into the Scheduling Panel and issue OCTs (Collection Orders); * Provide information to customers and guide them on using travel inquiry tools; * Communicate with drivers using fleet management tools (ATS); * Monitor and update deliveries, collections, or trips; * Close trips and receipt documents, and clear supporting documentation. * Comply with SGI procedures; * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental regulations. * Submit service requests via the GLPI system for all IT-related topics: hardware and general IT infrastructure; relocations (of location or equipment) or equipment purchases; hardware issues; system issues; and general registration matters per CIC rules. 2512220202491932597
