With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation industry and today have expanded our operations across Brazil through six companies comprising our Group, positioning us as one of the country’s top and largest logistics groups and a sector benchmark. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as the focal point in customer relationship management, ensuring alignment and agility in communications; * Serve as the direct interface with drivers, schedulers, Risk Management Team (GRS), and dispatch teams; * Monitor and support logistics operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service quality; * Manage operational demands, resolve incidents, and ensure process continuity; * Assist in organizing and prioritizing operational activities; * Contribute to continuous process improvement and interdepartmental communication; * Work on demand coverage during extended periods, including night shifts, as operationally required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in logistics operations, transportation, or related fields; * Experience in customer service and operational demand management; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders; * Organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities; * Basic knowledge of dispatch, scheduling, and risk management routines is a plus; * Availability to work night shifts; * Completed high school education (a college degree in related fields is a plus). **Additional Information** Here, we create paths to reach our dreams.
