Job Summary: A professional responsible for picking, organizing, and verifying products to support logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in product picking and organization 2. Ensuring item integrity and reporting inconsistencies \*Schedule:\* Monday to Saturday, from 3:40 PM to 11:00 PM \*Compensation:\* BRL 1,963.00 \*Benefits:\* Transportation allowance, health insurance, pharmacy benefit, basic food basket, career development plan \*Requirements:\* Completed high school education, prior experience in the field, proactive attitude. \*Responsibilities:\* Picking products according to orders, shipping documents, or manifests. Locating merchandise in inventory using physical addressing or system guidance. Verifying codes, descriptions, sizes, colors, and quantities. Ensuring picked items are in perfect condition. Identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damages. Organizing orders by route, store, or customer. Assisting with packaging and preparing shipments for dispatch. Supporting product replenishment in picking areas. Using handheld scanners, barcode readers, or inventory systems (where applicable). Communicating\-with leadership regarding inconsistencies or priorities. Supporting general logistics operations as needed.
