Occupational Safety Technical Assistant

Description

* Assist in implementing and monitoring occupational safety regulations at construction sites and administrative departments of the company. Conduct on-site safety inspections to identify unsafe conditions and acts, proposing corrective and preventive actions. Support control and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE), performing recordkeeping, usage guidance, and tracking of delivery forms. Assist in onboarding new employees by delivering safety orientations and internal company procedures. Monitor legal occupational safety documentation, such as Occupational Health Certificates (ASOs), training records, certificates, Risk Analysis Reports (APRs), Daily Safety Talks (DDS), Risk Management Program (PGR), Occupational Health and Safety Program (PCMSO), and other mandatory documents. Support accident and incident investigation and analysis, contributing to report writing and action plan development. Manage expiration dates of trainings, occupational medical examinations, and third-party documentation. Assist in preparing and updating safety reports, spreadsheets, and safety indicators. Monitor internal audits, regulatory inspections, and technical visits at infrastructure projects and public contracts. Support organizing awareness campaigns and initiatives related to occupational health and safety. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (NRs), internal procedures, and requirements set by clients and regulatory authorities. Provide support to operational and administrative teams on occupational safety matters.
