Position: Nutrition Technician Location: Vero Verde Pizzeria – Santo André/SP About the Opportunity Vero Verde Pizzeria is seeking a Nutrition Technician to perform quality control and food safety activities, ensuring product excellence and compliance with sanitary regulations at all operational stages. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure quality, safety, and compliance of food handling, storage, and production processes; * Ensure compliance with sanitary legislation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Perform control and preparation of product technical specifications; * Monitor dough yield and ingredient portioning; * Control food cost indicators; * Monitor storage, preservation, and production temperatures; * Support training related to good food handling practices; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the quality of products offered by the pizzeria. Requirements: * Completed Technical Course in Nutrition and Dietetics; * Active registration with the Regional Nutrition Council (CRN), where applicable; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays, as per operational schedule. * Technical Knowledge * Sanitary legislation applicable to food service establishments; * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points); * Temperature control and food storage; * Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
