Seeking a proactive professional eager to learn and grow **OPEN POSITION: Multifunctional Operator** We are seeking a **Multifunctional Operator** to join our team and directly participate in the production process, operating and monitoring machinery with emphasis on quality, safety, and efficiency. **Starting Salary:** R$ 2\.213,00 **Work Schedule:** Availability required for **two shifts:** * 6:00 AM to 2:51 PM * 1:59 PM to 10:50 PM * \+ **One Saturday per month** **Initial Benefits:** ✔ Meal Allowance: R$ 600.00 ✔ Transportation Allowance ✔ On-site meals **Benefits after Confirmation:** Salary: **R$ 2\.367,20** ️ VA: **R$ 1\.200,00** Transportation Allowance PRL Health Insurance Dental Insurance On-site parking ️ Life Insurance Pharmacy Card **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor production process machinery * Configure equipment according to production specifications * Identify faults and irregularities * Perform basic preventive maintenance * Comply with safety and quality standards * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness * Participate in training and capacity-building programs ️ **Notes:** Work involves **components, welding, and painting lines**. **Desired Profile:** We seek a **proactive** professional with **strong communication skills**, **teamwork ability**, and **willingness to learn and grow alongside the company**.
