The **Sugarcane Truck Driver** position is ideal for those seeking professional development in a collaborative environment, with a focus on people and processes. Shall we move forward together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Drive the sugarcane truck to transport raw materials from harvesting fronts to the industrial unit; * Perform authorized maintenance/operation actions on vehicles and equipment in compliance with the area's Work Instructions and guidelines of the Operator-Maintainer Program; * Operate vehicles compatible with your qualification level and other agricultural activities, as directed by your immediate supervisor; * Carry out other tasks inherent to the position and function, at the discretion of your immediate supervisor; * Safeguard the company's image and assets, comply with corporate programs and projects, policies, standards and procedures, work instructions, and act in accordance with the Cocal Essence Code of Ethics and Conduct, Principles, and Values. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; Agricultural Technician, Mechanical Technician, or Logistics Technician qualifications are desirable; * Knowledge of Defensive Driving, Operator-Maintainer, Basic Mechanics, Economic Driving, Equipment-Specific Knowledge, Operational Safety Procedures, and Implement Coupling; * Class E Driver's License (CNH E); * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Residency in Rio Brilhante/MS or willingness to relocate. **Additional Information** Caring for those who are with us is part of our way of being.
