**Your responsibilities with us will include:**
* Handling alerts;
* Notifying carriers and clients when incidents occur;
* Providing support to BRLOG system users;
* Registering new users, carriers, vehicles, origins/destinations in the system;
* Ensuring maintenance of locations such as pickup/delivery points, islands, and checkpoints;
* Managing no-show cases;
* Identifying vehicles with signal mirroring failures, license plate programming errors, missing scheduling, signal removal, signal loss, delays, premature trips, trip cancellations, etc.;
* Validating platform functionalities;
* Documenting shift handovers among operators
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Experience in logistics-related activities;
* Completed high school education; a degree (completed or in progress) in logistics is a plus;
* Commitment to service quality;
* Ability to respond positively and productively to critical situations;
* Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule—working Thursday and Friday, weekend off; the following week, off on Thursday and Friday, working Saturday and Sunday

* Working hours: 12x36, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: 2.007,65
