Mid-Level Fullstack Developer

Description

FCamara is seeking a Mid-Level Fullstack Developer to work in partnership with the largest investment bank in Latin America, specializing in venture capital, private equity, wealth and global asset management. **Responsibilities and duties** * Design cloud-based software architectures; * Plan and execute technology migrations for production applications; * Possess knowledge of technologies used by the team; * Be capable of estimating effort and defining implementation deadlines; * Handle time-pressure situations effectively; * Resolve issues that arise during projects; * Manage conflicts and expectations; * Proactivity. **Requirements and qualifications** **Hard Skills:** * Proficiency in .NET and frontend languages; * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.); * Flexibility to use any programming language for day-to-day solution development; * Experience with distributed systems, including handling high-volume, high-availability, and high-performance scenarios and solutions; * Advanced troubleshooting skills; * Ability to efficiently plan and execute migration initiatives—or other tasks typical of a mid-level professional; * Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL); * Experience with non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.); * Design Patterns (GoF, DDD, KISS, YAGNI); * Clean Code principles; * Experience with unit testing (TDD); * Knowledge of GIT; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum); * Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes; * Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, SQS, SNS, RabbitMQ, etc.); * Ability to write robust, testable, and validated code. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of the financial market; * Experience with React; * Experience with code quality tools (Sonar); * Experience with APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, etc.); * Knowledge of Prometheus, metrics, and monitoring; * Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Apache Lucene, and GraphQL; * Experience with CI/CD pipeline management and deployment. **Soft Skills:** * Logical reasoning and analytical ability; * Strong communication skills; * Team spirit and conflict resolution capability; * Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders of diverse profiles; * Ability to work in agile, multidisciplinary teams; * Creativity and proactivity to envision various application usage scenarios; * Organizational skills. **Additional information** **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side-by-side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
