Job Summary: The Metalworker will be responsible for manufacturing, repairing, and maintaining metal structures, performing cutting, welding (MIG/MAG), and assembly tasks to ensure functionality and durability. We make a difference to guarantee sustainable development. https://www.youtube.com/embed/P3A4W9FDaj0?showinfo\=0 ### **METALWORKER** ### **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a Metalworker; * Technical or higher education in Engineering or related fields is desirable; ### **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manufacture and develop metal structures according to specifications; * Perform cutting, shaping, welding, and assembly of metal structures, ensuring their functionality and durability; * Finish metal parts, including sanding, grinding, and other techniques to ensure final product quality; * Carry out repairs and maintenance on existing metal structures; * Perform MIG/MAG welds on various joint types and materials; * Operate industrial machinery — such as hydraulic presses and bench drills — safely and efficiently; * Assemble industrialized products and structures, such as pedals, bolt kits, etc.; * Perform repairs and painting on finished products; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, as well as tools used; ### **WORK SCHEDULE:** Availability to work rotating shifts ### **BENEFITS:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Pharmacy benefits; * Fuel allowance; * Meal allowance; * On\-site meals; * Annual profit\-sharing program (PLR); * Discounts on LAR Plásticos products.
