Come be our Materials Planning Coordinator: We seek a professional to lead materials and production planning, ensuring efficiency, process integration, and high operational performance. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate the materials planning team, promoting organization, productivity, and results * Plan and schedule production, ensuring efficient material flow * Monitor production performance and ensure on-time delivery * Develop and automate planning processes and systems * Track KPIs and propose continuous improvements * Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Quality * REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of SIOP and capacity analysis * Experience in finite capacity factory scheduling * Experience in team coordination and leadership is desirable
