Responsibilities * Plan and ensure material availability (raw materials, components, and supplies) according to production plans and demand. * Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP), analyzing demand, lead times, and inventory levels. * Manage exceptions such as material shortages, demand changes, and supply deviations. * Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Engineering to align priorities and resolve issues. * Participate in planning meetings, contributing material analyses and scenario assessments. * Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency. * Ensure data accuracy in the ERP system—including material master data, technical bills of materials, and planning parameters. * Identify supply chain risks and propose contingency plans. * Receives global supervision and possesses operational influence. Qualifications * Experience as a Materials Planner (PCM); * Advanced English (for supplier negotiations); * SAP knowledge; * BI knowledge; * Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables and charts); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; * AI tool usage and related knowledge; * Lean knowledge (Kanban / Milk Run); * Knowledge of international trade (COMEX) processes; * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration / Production Engineering / International Trade); * High level of discipline and organization; Strong communication skills for cross-functional and management interface.
