Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way toward greener and smarter mobility worldwide—connecting cities while reducing carbon emissions and replacing cars. **About the Position** We are seeking a professional to manage material planning and procurement from suppliers, ensuring materials are available at the **right time, in the right quantity, and at the right location**, aligned with Alstom project and production requirements. Collaborate closely with Procurement, Logistics, Production, Quality, and SDPM, ensuring data reliability in the ERP system and continuous improvement of supplier delivery performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and communicate delivery requirements to suppliers * Create and manage material planning documents (ERP SAP: Call-off, Schedule Agreement, Source List, Quotas) * Monitor supplier confirmations and analyze risks impacting production and projects * Monitor and analyze KPIs for supplier delivery performance * Manage MRP exception messages (shortages, delays, overstocks, no demand) * Update delivery dates in the ERP (SAP) * Resolve material receipt issues (quantity, quality, documentation) * Track missing materials until stock availability * Participate in action plans for critical suppliers * Contribute to risk analyses for new business opportunities and supplier capacity * Comply with internal Lean Manufacturing (APSYS), EHS, and Ethics & Compliance programs **⸻** **Competencies and Skills** * Global perspective on the supply chain. * Agility and resilience to handle unforeseen events. * Analytical capability, with commitment and results orientation. * Organization and attention to detail to ensure data reliability * Clear and respectful communication across different levels and departments * Collaborative mindset in team-based work * Willingness to learn and adapt **⸻** **Education and Experience** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain. • Languages: Fluent English. * Supply Chain experience. * Preferred experience: Hands-on experience with SAP (or other ERP), audits, and continuous improvement projects.
