It requires handling highly complex supply chain challenges and demands broad supply chain knowledge, along with the ability to serve as a technical reference in resolving critical issues. **Responsibilities:** * Lead analysis and implementation of solutions for critical supply chain challenges, ensuring risk mitigation and continuity of the production plan. * Maintain continuous interaction with Procurement, Production Control, and Operations teams to align inventory accuracy and planning parameters with strategic guidelines defined for each item. * Demonstrate proficiency in integrated systems, with the ability to rapidly and effectively diagnose and resolve systemic issues. * Apply in-depth knowledge of data analysis, resolution of highly complex problems, production scheduling, and capacity management—with comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, strategically supporting decision-making and serving as a technical reference for other involved departments. **Skills:** **Decision-Making and Critical Thinking:** Ability to make strategic decisions based on data and facts, utilizing analytical tools and techniques to evaluate scenarios and formulate solutions that directly impact operational efficiency and organizational outcomes. **Problem Solving:** Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques to identify, anticipate, and resolve organizational, operational, or process-related problems—with the ability to appropriately apply this knowledge across diverse situations. **Teamwork Management:** Knowledge of techniques to establish and manage productive interactions with customers, suppliers, and team members—maintaining a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence.
