Job Summary: Construct and repair masonry structures, execute foundations, apply plaster and surface finishes, prepare materials, interpret construction drawings, and verify plumb lines and levels, all while adhering to safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in constructing and repairing masonry structures and foundations. 2. Proficiency in applying plaster and surface finishes. 3. Ability to interpret construction drawings and ensure quality. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM * **Masonry:** Construct and repair masonry structures such as walls, fences, and columns using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. * **Foundations:** Execute foundation and footing construction in accordance with project technical specifications. * **Plastering and Finishing:** Prepare and apply mortar for plastering, and finish surfaces with ceramic tiles, glazed tiles, and other finishing materials. * **Material Preparation:** Mix mortar, concrete, and other materials, accurately and efficiently measuring quantities. * **Drawing Interpretation:** Interpret floor plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precise work execution. * **Leveling and Alignment:** Verify plumb lines, levels, and alignments to ensure structural quality and compliance. * **Safety:** Strictly adhere to occupational safety regulations and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * **Maintenance:** Perform repairs and maintenance on buildings and other structures, as needed.
