Job Summary: The professional will perform various masonry tasks, including wall construction, mortar preparation, cladding, screeding, and floor tiling, as well as maintain site organization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of masonry and cladding services 2. Interpretation of simple project drawings and blueprints 3. Attention to site organization and safety **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform masonry work (e.g., wall construction, block and brick laying); * Prepare and apply mortars and concrete; * Carry out cladding (scratch coat, base coat, and finishing coat); * Perform screeding and surface leveling; * Lay ceramic tiles and other flooring materials; * Conduct minor demolitions and structural repairs; * Interpret simple project drawings and blueprints; * Maintain site organization; * Comply with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the role; * Knowledge of civil construction techniques; * Basic ability to read project drawings; * Commitment and responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in commercial/industrial construction projects; * Knowledge of high-end finishing work.
