If you focus on Occupational Safety, Winning Together, Strategic Growth Focus, and wish to join a major company, apply via the link available in the job posting: Key Responsibilities for this Position: * Manage personnel, machines, and methods as a member of the functional management team, ensuring team competence, compliance with procedures, and agreed-upon routines; * Lead and assign production tasks, including personnel reintegration, workforce planning, and cultural change (attitudes, commitments, and behaviors); * Prioritize safety across all operations through protocols and continuous training, aiming for zero accidents in assembly (screening, weighing, dosing, TLO) and production (TPU/rubber, foundry), while ensuring full compliance with labor, health, and safety regulations; * Assume responsibility for all production-area equipment, developing annual budgets, tracking expenses, and driving cost-reduction initiatives; * Specify requirements for support functions, initiate and follow up on improvement projects; * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, train them, and monitor daily KPIs (OEE, scrap, volume produced, plan adherence, and resource allocation); * Supervise factory activities, control WIP in partnership with logistics, and optimize maintenance; * Support Production Planning for maximum operational efficiency and strict OTD performance; * Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and quality departments to ensure operational excellence and minimal RNCs/scrap; Strategic Challenge of This Position: Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in equipment assembly and consumables production, reducing lead times and maximizing profitability through capacity and cost optimization. Develop high-performance teams for innovation, balancing supply/demand volatility and seasonal fluctuations while expanding market share with exemplary OTD. Foster a culture of collective victory supported by Lean/Six Sigma tools to overcome variability in manufacturing processes, positioning the company as an industry leader.
