Maintenance Programming Assistant

Job Summary: Plan and schedule preventive/corrective maintenance, control maintenance activities, and populate KPIs, aiming for continuous improvement and team development. Key Highlights: 1. KPI analysis and proposals for continuous improvement Scheduling / Planning and scheduling of preventive/corrective maintenance, controlling and scheduling maintenance activities. Handling information in registration records and reports. Planning the maintenance assistants/technicians' schedules and distributing work orders (OS). Populating departmental KPIs, assisting in KPI analysis, and presenting proposals for continuous improvement. Supporting onboarding and training of new employees/interns to foster their professional development. Assisting in vehicle planning and scheduling. Experience and knowledge in managing internal and external work orders (OS). Experience and knowledge in maintenance scheduling/control. Knowledge of material planning. Knowledge of vehicle routing. Knowledge of transportation logistics routines (a plus). Experience and/or knowledge in serving internal and/or external customers. Ability to monitor schedule demand related to visits, preventive and corrective maintenance. Ability to monitor and distribute tasks assigned to responsible technicians. Ability to monitor partner technicians’ schedules. Familiarity with requests received via e\-mail, WhatsApp, or in person regarding responsibilities within the company; Familiarity with marketing the company’s products to adjust service order (OS) response levels. Familiarity with equipment/accessory transfers to fulfill OS requirements; Staying updated on departmental activities to identify opportunities for improving the scheduling process through research, training courses, and other related activities; Knowledge of NPS; Proficiency in Excel for daily KPI tracking.
