Maintenance Operator

Description

The Maintenance Operator will be responsible for performing general base activities, operational tasks in the compression and decompression process of cylinder trailers, refueling CNG trucks, connecting and disconnecting hoses, purging lines, opening and closing valves, correctly operating compressors and the PLC of the automation system, monitoring temperature and pressure, completing process data worksheets, and reporting real-time updates to the Control Tower. The professional must strictly follow safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and ensure compliance of operations with established internal standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Perform operational activities at the branch, including compression and decompression of CNG in cylinder trailers. · Refuel CNG trucks, ensuring correct hose connection and disconnection. · Purge lines and compressors according to procedure and training. · Open and close valves in a controlled and safe manner as per procedure. · Operate compressors and the PLC of the automation system, ensuring proper equipment functionality. · Monitor system temperature and pressure, identifying and reporting any anomalies. · Complete operational data worksheets, ensuring accurate recording of process information. · Report real-time progress of operations to the Control Tower, ensuring alignment and rapid response to possible incidents. · Strictly follow operational and safety procedures, using mandatory PPE and ensuring compliance with company regulations. · Support preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, contributing to smooth operations. · Identify and report operational deviations or the need for process adjustments. **REQUIREMENTS** · Completed high school education (technical training in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Automation, or related fields is an advantage). · Prior experience in industrial operations, preferably in the natural gas, oil, fuels, or energy sector. · Knowledge of natural gas compressor operation and automation systems (PLC). · Basic understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment. · Knowledge of occupational safety and regulatory standards (NRs).
