We seek a professional with strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and extensive experience in building maintenance and technical team management. **What challenges will you face here?** The primary challenge will be ensuring full functionality of the resort’s structures, equipment, and essential systems within a large-scale, high-demand operation. The Maintenance Coordinator must simultaneously manage multiple work fronts, ensuring agility in preventive and corrective maintenance, reducing operational failures, and optimizing departmental costs. Additionally, they must lead technical teams, monitor performance indicators, respond to emergency requests, and align maintenance priorities with the needs of other resort departments—all while maintaining safety, quality, and sustainability standards. **What are the routine responsibilities of the Maintenance Coordinator?** * Coordinate and supervise all preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the resort, ensuring all facilities remain fully operational; * Plan and organize daily tasks, assigning responsibilities among maintenance team members and ensuring timely completion; * Manage maintenance services for electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, security, water and sewage networks, and other critical infrastructure supporting all resort operations; * Conduct periodic inspections across all resort areas, assessing facility and equipment conditions and implementing corrective actions as needed; * Develop preventive maintenance plans and manage technical intervention schedules to minimize the risk of failures and operational losses; * Control the maintenance department budget—including procurement of materials, tools, and equipment—to ensure cost efficiency; * Ensure all maintenance services comply with safety standards, environmental regulations, and resort-established quality benchmarks; * Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing training, guidance, and feedback to support continuous employee development; * Track and monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment used in maintenance activities, ensuring all resources remain available and in good condition; * Coordinate implementation of facility improvement projects at the resort, including renovations, adaptations, and infrastructure adjustments; * Serve as the liaison between the maintenance department and other resort departments, ensuring efficient handling of requests and alignment of priorities; * And others. **What do we offer the Maintenance Coordinator?** Beyond competitive compensation, you’ll find a relaxed environment, a diverse team, outstanding results, and abundant opportunities to learn and grow.
