Below are the main responsibilities for this position: * Prepare and handle machines, equipment, and materials, such as rubber, mats, etc.; * Operate and control manufacturing machines in production areas; * Procure and sort materials, as needed, for operations, ensuring supply continuity; * Monitor process variables and product characteristics, such as flow rates, thickness, etc.; * Sort and package finished products; * Submit material requisitions to logistics; * Report daily production activities for each product; * Perform setup and necessary adjustments so equipment produces according to plan; * Complete production and process inspection records; * Monitor product quality during and upon completion of the process; * Record daily non-conformities, production results, and other production forms; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, floors, workbenches, etc.; * Know and comply with safety rules and procedures; * Know and comply with quality assurance rules and procedures; * Perform 5S activities daily; * Participate in inventory procedures. **Our benefits package?
