Job Summary: A Machine Operator is responsible for adjusting and operating machines, performing welding, conducting product conformance measurements, and guiding production assistants. Guidance of production assistants **MACHINE OPERATOR** **Job Description:** RESPONSIBILITIES: Adjust tooling (dies). Operate assigned machine while monitoring performance according to the Work Order (O.P.) received. Perform welding and splicing. Verify calibration validity of instruments. Conduct in-process measurements to verify product conformance, recording results on Work Orders (O.P.s). Perform machine setup; adjust machine. Operate machines as specified in the competency matrix. Guide production assistants in their tasks. Perform other duties related to the position upon request from immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education. Prior experience in this role.
