The **Logistics Supervisor** will be responsible for supervising and controlling financial services, assets, and the company's logistical activities. They will engage in planning and monitoring processes, ensuring operational efficiency and the quality of work performed by teams. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and review operational reports, performance indices, and indicators; * Supervise, coordinate, and monitor driver operations, including schedules, routes, loading, dispatch, and tracking; * Manage teams of drivers and operators (yard and internal), ensuring daily targets are met and service quality is maintained; * Handle customer service, manage incidents (PNR, shortages, returns, lost items), and provide regular reports; * Administer driver hiring and onboarding processes; * Monitor returns, damages, and delivery closures; * Maintain control spreadsheets and performance reports; * Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality, hygiene, and organization standards; * Perform other related duties as required; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Promote workplace safety. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree; * Minimum of 06 months of experience in logistics required; * Valid Class B driver's license (CNH B) required; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required; * Flexible availability for working hours; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
