Logistics operations in a concrete company A renowned company specializing in the manufacturing of various concrete products is hiring an OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR **for the logistics area.** Position based in Goiânia \- GO; company located near Atlanta Music Hall (adjacent to BR\-153\). ##### **Requirements** ➢ Proven experience as an OPERATIONS LEADER managing approximately 20 people. **➢ Experience leading operations involving drivers in a company with its own fleet.** ➢ Experience in construction-related work/companies is a plus. ➢ Proficiency and hands-on experience in administrative, operational, and logistics areas. ➢ Advanced Excel user for control and decision-making purposes. ➢ Maturity to report directly to General Management. ➢ Valid Brazilian driver’s license class ‘B’ and highway driving experience. ➢ A university degree is a plus. ➢ Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays until 12:00 PM. **Daily Responsibilities:** ➢ Lead a team of approximately 20 employees: drivers, operators, assistants, laboratory technicians, weigh station staff, and others. **➢ Lead a team of approximately 12 drivers and a corresponding fleet size.** ➢ Plan production scheduling according to fleet availability and demand. ➢ Monitor/control inventory/turnover of raw materials, fuel, tires, and spare parts via system. ➢ **Manage maintenance of branch vehicles/equipment: either at central workshop or through third parties.** ➢ Ensure unit functionality, including cleaning/organization, compliance with current regulations—especially environmental, occupational safety, and health standards. ➢ Conduct pre-site inspections to verify vehicle access (delivery and unloading). ➢ Manage administrative and operational activities of production, transportation, and delivery teams. **➢ Schedule team working hours.** ➢ Track productivity indicators using Excel spreadsheets and system/software. ➢ Conduct equipment maintenance checklists. **We Offer:** ➢ Compensation: fixed monthly salary of R$8,000.00 \+ benefits. ➢ Benefits: meal allowance of R$844.00/month \+ Health Insurance (no monthly fee, with co-payment) \+ company vehicle.
