Update operation status in Trello and track discrepancies between dispatched and billed volumes; Plan loading schedules and monitor cargo appointments, contacting carriers for quotations and dedicated freight rate negotiations; Conduct tactical operation follow-up and provide individualized support, guidance, and active listening to each team member; Verify and align stock movements and barcode scanning, shipping manifests, and response time to dispatch demands; Maintain records and control of Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and ensure operational alignment across units; Monitor packaging stock levels and organization in the designated warehouse; Develop or review LPPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and conduct training to standardize and upskill the team; Generate and analyze backlog reports (with and without MOs), directing the team toward efficient execution of logistics stages; Extract, analyze, and report weekly dispatched volume reports, tracking KPIs and improvement opportunities; Lead team review meetings, highlighting achievements, areas requiring attention, and process adjustments; Audit finished goods inventory (physical vs. system), promoting accuracy and organization; Ensure full inventory execution for customers under stock contracts and verify overall inventory organization; Collect fleet maintenance checklists and review LPPs with the team; Consolidate and present monthly results (volumes, values, complaints, goal achievement) in team meetings; Analyze logistics costs with carriers and plan preventive fleet maintenance; Conduct full inventory of finished goods for customers without stock contracts; Identify opportunities to revise/develop LPPs and deliver training; Lead root cause analyses to resolve chronic issues; Promote continuous improvement of logistics processes and controls; **Skills:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; People Management and Process Management.
