Then join our team!\- \-We are seeking a LOGISTICS SHIFT LEADER to directly supervise fleet operations and manage operational teams. This person will be responsible for ensuring smooth shift operations by monitoring operational processes, fleet performance, strategic indicators, and ensuring all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company policies.\- \-Key responsibilities include fleet supervision—ensuring proper vehicle departure and return procedures, monitoring fleet operational conditions, leading and developing driver and operator teams, as well as supporting logistics route planning and optimization.\- \-This professional will also monitor operational performance indicators, such as revenue per license plate, turnover, vehicle downtime index, and other departmental KPIs, continuously seeking process and outcome improvements.\- \-This person will collaborate closely with maintenance and other company departments, assisting in scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, preparing operational reports, reporting incidents, and aligning operational strategies.\- \-We expect a professional committed to safety, compliance with transportation legislation and internal policies, and the company’s Integrated Management Policy, recognizing the importance of procedures and actively contributing to continuous operational improvement.\- Work location: On-site
