**What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in receiving, inspection, picking, and handling of merchandise. * Experience with the SAP system will be considered a plus. * Desired ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Capacity for learning, practical application, and consistent adherence to company procedures, standards, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A day in the life of a Logistics Operator:** * MERCHANDISE RECEIPT: + Performs quantitative and qualitative receipt of both commercial and non-commercial merchandise (e.g., equipment, office supplies, etc.), verifying and identifying general condition, supplier, length, reference number, color tone, expiration date, etc. + Prepares the physical space and necessary equipment for proper receipt, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records all relevant details about received merchandise (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) in the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores merchandise at the correct warehouse location by reading the receipt slip to expedite future order picking or delivery preparation. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security labels to theft-sensitive items, ensuring merchandise delivered to stores is available for sale. + Sorts merchandise according to flow typology—store or warehouse items. + Releases merchandise for storage in the Store or Warehouse by contacting the Replenishment or Storage team to perform storage (receiving note). + Conducts anti-theft actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received merchandise, optimizing vehicle flow in the Merchandise Receipt yard and ensuring correct handling of material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, "cages", etc.). + Keeps equipment, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) organized. + Performs safe stacking of pallets to avoid damage to property and people. + Maintains the receipt area clean and organized to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives shrinkage validated by the Sales Department, performing qualitative and quantitative inspection and placing shrinkage items in the designated disposal area. + Receives returns to suppliers, validated by the Sales Department, performing qualitative and quantitative inspections and scheduling pickup. + Receives shipments for Technical Support, performing qualitative and quantitative inspections and scheduling pickup. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Separates RSS (Reserve Against Stock), identifies products, and informs the Commercial Department about the separation. + Assigns physical storage locations for merchandise, maintaining rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers merchandise to customers promptly and courteously, loading it into the customer’s vehicle. + Separates and inspects merchandise, verifying all items listed on the issued order, and makes them available for customer pickup at the merchandise pickup area or for the carrier (home delivery). * REPLENISHMENT: + Restocks products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores and ensures inventory quality and reliability. + Reviews daily orders generated by the Commercial Department, analyzes data consistency required in the order (addresses, phone numbers, delivery date, reference number, availability, etc.), organizes orders chronologically, and releases them for billing. + Handles incoming calls to inform customers about delivery timelines. + Reports any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products to the Logistics Supervisor. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in efficient warehouse slotting (setup, rotating inventories, etc.). + Processes canceled RSS orders on a daily basis. + Records shrinkage identified during merchandise picking. + Maintains good relationships and serves as the liaison with third-party carriers. + Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively address potential merchandise-related issues. + Reports merchandise-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serves as the point of contact for the Merchandise Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Respects safety regulations.
