Act as a multiplier and guardian of logistics processes **Know Your Mission:** * Safely operate equipment and materials, performing daily checklists and ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment; properly stowing products using strapping, stretch wrapping, and palletization; identifying and labeling damaged goods; * Assist customers in loading materials, either by operating equipment or manually when necessary; * Move products while ensuring correct inventory location assignment, and verify before executing system-based stock adjustments to maintain seamless process continuity; * Analyze data from reports and area KPIs during daily activities to prevent discrepancies (demarcas), and provide comprehensive operational support; * Ensure availability and replenishment of high-turnover picking items according to planning strategy; * Act as a multiplier for sorting and loading processes and as a guardian of procedures, ensuring yard organization, influencing peers, and continuously proposing process improvements; * Conduct daily briefings to encourage discrepancy reduction, guide peers, and continuously seek knowledge from area reports and KPIs; * Identify pain points within the area and proactively signal opportunities for improvement in sorting, ED (expedition/distribution), and withdrawal processes; serve as a reference within the store and company through productivity and quality in sorting and loading tasks, acting as a multiplier; * Interact with and sensitize colleagues at all levels and third parties, exercising oversight during loading and identifying opportunities to prevent losses; * Execute physical inventory counts for locations and materials, detecting specification variances, and identify and complete damaged-product registration forms; * Ensure the daily execution of discrepancy (demarca) procedures, closely monitoring each location and material, and interpreting variable indicators to consistently improve results; * Act as a multiplier and guardian of inventory management processes, influencing peers and proposing improvements aimed at reducing both known and unknown discrepancies; * Perform material loading and unloading, verify, analyze, and guarantee quantity and quality of merchandise in sellable condition; * Notify the registration team whenever updates to material registration information are required—identified during verification—and identify products lacking external labels or having damaged labels; * Segregate verified products into correct destination sections, always labeling pallets per established standards; * Organize vehicle arrivals according to scheduled date and time, verifying available unloading space and vehicle type. **To Join Our Team, You Must Have:** * Completed high school; * Basic knowledge of logistics, products, inventory management systems, and information recording; * Valid driver’s license (any category). **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * Progress Bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Transportation allowance or parking; * All Adeo – annual free shares tied to overall company performance.
