Role: Logistics Operations Leader. Responsibilities: Distribute and monitor tasks related to material handling, warehouse organization, supporting the team, providing work resources, resolving issues, and monitoring compliance with internal standards. Optimize raw material receiving processes, ensuring materials are made available in inventory. Train and qualify new employees for daily activities. Monitor order picking, loading, and transportation to internal and external customers. Manage supplies used in storage, handling, and dispatch operations, requesting their replacement, replenishment, or disposal, and requisitioning them from the warehouse. Support the team in performing activities and assist supervisors in decision-making. Monitor employee performance, conduct experience-based and annual evaluations, and promote team development. Formalize dismissals, participate in interviews for new hires, and organize vacation schedules. Requirements: Experience in people management and team leadership. Ongoing undergraduate degree.
