Management support and report completion **Position:** Logistics Operations Assistant **Location:** Cajamar (CJR) **/ Number of openings:** 01 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 4:48 PM **With real possibility of schedule adjustment** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School; * Good interpersonal skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, dynamic, creative, and proactive; * Ability to work with goals and deadlines; * Accuracy and attention to detail; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC (Excel); * Planning and organizational skills; * Interpersonal skills; * Problem-solving skills. **Preferred (not mandatory):** * Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree. * Knowledge of WMS system. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform operational closings; * Identify opportunities and develop new processes that deliver results; * Experience in receiving, warehousing, and shipping workflows; * Complete reports for management and customers; * Support direct leadership; * Operational monitoring and productivity control. **How to Apply:** Applications will be accepted exclusively via Workday. **FedEx believes in equal opportunity.
