Job Summary: ToDo Green is seeking Logistics Operations Assistants to handle package receiving, verification, organization, and registration, ensuring efficiency and support. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization, agility, and teamwork At ToDo Green, we are looking for individuals to work as Logistics Operations Assistants at our hubs in the following cities: Franca, Botucatu, Bragança Paulista, Mogi Mirim, Francisco Morato, Marília, Presidente Prudente, Araçatuba, and Lins. If you are passionate about logistics, have prior experience in this field, and reside in or are available to work in any of the cities listed above, this opportunity is for you! Your main responsibilities: * Perform the entire process of receiving, verifying, and registering packages arriving at the station; * Identify and appropriately organize all packages on station shelves; * Scan and count all packages before dispatching them on routes; * Organize all pallets and shuttles according to TDG's established standards; * Implement the 5S methodology (utilization, organization, cleaning, standardization, and discipline) at the workstation; * Work efficiently to label (tag) packages so that the logistics process meets TDG's performance metrics; * Monitor and assign routes in the system for Delivery Associates (DAs); * Provide on-route support to DAs; * Support leadership during warehouse opening and closing procedures; * Assist leadership with administrative tasks; * Help with other activities as requested by leadership. Qualifications: * Completed High School education; * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields (preferred); * Knowledge of logistics, including route planning; * Accuracy and attention to detail; * Resilience and ability to handle urgent situations; * Teamwork; * Time management and task organization; * Flexible availability; * Proactivity and agility in processes.
