Job Summary: Logistics Operations Assistant to perform vehicle inspection, seal application, cargo verification, supply management, and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Controls, stores, and organizes company supplies at the partner unit Logistics Operations Assistant / Paulínia / 1 OPEN POSITION(S) A transportation company has 1 opening for a Logistics Operations Assistant position in Paulínia, working on-site at a partner company. Responsibilities: Vehicle Checklist and Inspection: Conduct rigorous inspection of trucks before and after loading, verifying safety items. Apply seals to valves, hatches, and compartments, ensuring the applied seal numbers match those stated on the Invoice (NF). Cargo Verification: Validate whether the loaded goods conform to the Invoice (quantity, product type). Supply Management: Responsible for controlling, storing, and organizing company supplies left at the partner unit (seals, PPEs, etc.). Operational Support: Retrieve materials from suppliers when necessary, following head office service orders. Provide support for other functions relevant to the department. Requirements: Must be over 18 years old. Reside in Paulínia, near the Cascata neighborhood. Possess a valid Category B driver’s license and personal vehicle. Prior experience in dispatch, verification, or logistics yard operations. Completed high school education (a Technical Course in Logistics is a plus). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a one-hour break; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Salary: BRL 2,416.00 + 30% hazard allowance BRL 724.80. Total gross monthly salary: BRL 3,140.80 Benefits: Weekly cash allowance of BRL 200.00 + 1 food basket.
