Monitor and ensure achievement of logistics targets and KPIs. Organize processes and drive continuous operational improvement. Control inbound and outbound merchandise flow. Ensure proper use of systems and inventory accuracy. Support conflict management, team development, and engagement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. Previous experience as Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Manager, Logistics Operations Coordinator, or Logistics Head may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Technical qualification required.
