If you seek a dynamic, challenging environment with real growth opportunities, we want to meet you! **We are looking for a Logistics Leader!** If this position resonates with you, join Powercoat and build a successful future with us! **Key Responsibilities:** * Handles complaint resolution, non-conformities, and rescheduling negotiations with customers. * Aligns delivery timelines (lead time) and communicates deviations to relevant departments. * Conducts on-site inspections of logistics and production processes to identify risks and implement corrective actions. * Coordinates work scheduling during holidays and weekends according to customer demand. * Reviews electronic time records and corrects team inconsistencies. * Participates in meetings with management and internal departments to align customer requirements and plan actions. * Analyzes customer-provided schedules, verifying production capacity, registrations, and commercial agreements to ensure on-time deliveries. * Conducts visits and meetings with internal and external customers to evaluate service, volume, and quality. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Experience working in manufacturing industries and technical painting companies; * Experience with the ISO 9001:2015 management system. **Benefits:** * Salary negotiable (discussed during interview) * Health insurance plan with co-payment (extendable to family members) * Food basket * On-site meals (including breakfast) * Transportation allowance (6% payroll deduction) * Life insurance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License Requirement: Class B
