Participation in client meetings and team integration Opportunity – Logistics Leader \- Shopee Location: Taguatinga \- DF Responsibilities: Responsible for handling requests and daily processes according to priorities, distributing tasks, leading logistics assistants and analysts, monitoring receiving and inspection workflows, participating in inventories, ensuring completion of internal controls, updating reports, attending client meetings, managing performance indicators and developing corrective action plans, integrating and guiding new team members, and ensuring work execution complies with operational instructions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields; Intermediate Excel skills; Experience in logistics, people management, process management via KPIs, and corrective actions. Basic English is desirable.
